Unbelievable! I called Mr Harris after he was referred by another attorney because he was supposedly a very experienced QDRO attorney. We spoke for about 10 minutes and I could not believe how arrogant and unprofessional he was. I had very specific questions and it sounded like he was trying to complicate my matter so he could charge more money. It seemed to me he really didn’t know what he was talking about and when I pushed back to clarify, he became nasty and ultimately hung up on me. Based on others’ reviews, I question whether he is even in good standing with the state Bar. Don’t bother.

I have never heard from such a rude person in my life. I referred Wayne out cause he handled my QDRO. I never talked to him till I started receiving my part of the pension. When I called him he was SO RUDE! I was shocked. But this was who my lawyer hired for me. And at the look of his reviews. He isn’t very professional.
