I hired Wayne Phillips after the previous attorney that I had was doing a terrible job representing my nephew and my brother is probate case Wayne and Kathy were the utmost professional when I called they were able to see me on short notice he end up handling our side of the case and was able to get my nephew some of the money from my brother's estate. Anytime anybody ask me for a lawyer I always recommend Wayne Phillips. He is very knowledgeable on the law and you could have sure if you put your case in his hands he will do a good job for you. Wayne is not your typical lawyer. He is not sugar coating, what he says can seem like it's not coming from a place of compassion or emotional support, if you need that, get a therapist. I myself made the mistake, while in a very bad state emotionally judged wayne as rude and unhelpful. I came to learn that what he says is what needs to be done, there is no way around it. And that his way is the shortcut where the sweet spot is. If you want to get yourself a good counsel, "better call Wayne" ! If you need someone to hear your complaints on how badly your soon to be ex spouse is treating you, get a therapist and you'll be covered on both fronts, without a doubt way better covered on the family law front.

Attorney Wayne Philips esq and Kathy are beyond professional and knowledgeable. They hold and share a level of class, respect, and finesse towards their clients that really helped me find peace. I contacted their offices very short notice to a scheduled hearing and in the short amount of time we had to meet so much was accomplished. They reviewed my case and information promptly , consulted me with a fabulous rappport , and Mr Philips truly educated me even more so to the situation I was in. I considered my case "won" because it accomplished so much in less than one week. As stated on his own website "Child custody and visitation is probably the most contentious part of any divorce. Children should not be used by either parent as a means to hurt the other party; however, children often become pawns in a war between divorcing parents." And apparently he has no issue being the one who puts the chess board into chaos. This man is not morally directed and was reprimanded by the judge in my presence by his approach. Would not recommend to anyone who wishes to go to court, find a settlement and move on with minimal aggression. Every lawyer should have a moral ground as to what they will represent but it seems as long as this man gets a pay check it doesn't matter. Good luck if you hire him. You will need it. Response to Owner, Its not fake and your inability to own up to your actions is disgusting. You will be reported to the California BAR association. We have a full transcript of the hearing in which this all transpired regardless of what you say you will be held accountable as a officer of the court. BTW Sean Caperson is a false name to protect identity as the real one will be used in the official filing of your report. Enjoy the head strong mentality while you can Mr. Philips. We didn't lose the case in fact it turned out exactly the way we wanted it but were all just disgusted by your approaches and how much of a fight you put up when even the judge told you otherwise on several counts... You can try to protect your image on google but the facts will show otherwise soon enough. As a lawyer i'm sure you can appreciate that Response again... You really need a PR rep. Facts are facts and the truth will come out! that's all that matters to me. You are being reported to the California BAR association and no response on here to intimidate will do any good. You act like a child and its really sad

My best friend put me on to Wayne--she gushed so much about him but I was skeptical. Turened out everything said was true. awesome lawyer. Awesome dude!
