My husband and I used this firm to close on our first home. They were so helpful and have continued to be helpful as I have misplaced papers and had questions months after closing! Shout out to Holly! Cannot recommend these folks enough.

We really like working with this firm for our closings. We've used them for the last couple houses. They are just the nicest, most knowledgeable closing attorneys in Charleston!!!

We used Weeks & Irvine to represent us in the closing of our home. 3 years later when we went to sell our house, it came to light that the individual who did our closing never took the proper steps to take our home's title out of a trust and into our name and consequently do not have a free & clear title. This resulted in the sale of our home falling through and the loss of the home we were under contract to purchase. The negligent individual is no longer with this firm, but it was under their agency that this negligence happened. I would not choose to work with them again.

We used this law firm to close on our home. We paid the property tax to Charleston county in November but they told us there was no record so the took $1200 from our closing to hold until they could verify it was paid. Our Closing was December 1,2020. In January we contacted them and they told us they went ahead and paid the property tax snd were waiting to be refunded. We contacted Charleston County and they stated the only payment they received was from us on our credit card. We called back and were then told that a check was mailed and try would put a stop payment on it and put a check in the mail. In February, we still hadn’t received the check. We contacted again and no response. In March , we talked with the managing lawyer and he said he would put a check in the mail immediately. It is March 24, 2021 and still no check. When we were in their office at closing, there was a woman in there who was very angry snd was telling them she wasn’t leaving their office until they gave her her money. We will be taking them to small claims court if our money is not received by April 1. Their representatives are horrible!!!
