Horrible Customer Service - it was a nightmare - I ended up firing himnnGo to somebody else, but not Sal. Hire him at your peril and loose all your money, without any return.nnOnce he took my case, the nightmare began. This is how it goes with Sal: nn1. He schedules a meeting - cancels the meeting 2 times within a week nn2. Then, he has temerity to ask you - how mad are you on him (sic) nn3. Then he will beg you NOT to fire him, and ask for another chance, because like everybody, he deserves another chancenn4. To add insult to the injury, he will offer a $ 1000/- discount (sic) for causing all the trouble scheduling and rescheduling nn5. Then he writes that your trial will be his sole focus, as if he is doing a favor to you nn6. Then he disappears for weeks nn7. He has multiple health issues, so he can't discuss your case. Here goes the list: na) Not able to meet you because he has Lasix thing on his eye, so he reschedules another meeting nb) He develops a headache, which makes him cancel the meeting of 7 a) nc) He reschedules again, because he has some surgery nd) He has time to send a detailed note about his surgery ( but no time to discuss your case) ne) Next, he is sick at home, because of flu and he is feeling miserable nf) He apologizes for not taking your scheduled call because he couldn't get out of doc in time ng) The list goes on and on and on...nnPS: Above all, he has an assistant, Matthew J. Piers - who seems to be working for your adversary. The guy is royally trampled by the adversary's attorney.
