I can recommend Weinstein and Caggiano without reservation. I first went to another law firm who agreed to take on my mesothelioma case then did nothing of any consequence for over 1 1/2 years until I fired them. I was put off and lied to. They obviously thought they could figure it out as they went along, which was absurd. I have had only positive experiences with Weinstein and Caggiano. Their communication is outstanding. Even when I sent an email in the evening, not expecting a response until the next business day, I received a quick response within a very short while. They have decades of experience in mesothelioma cases and know exactly which firms to approach plus they were able to contact individuals who worked with my husband in the 70's for witnesses. The settlements have been superb. Communication is first rate. I wish I had brought my mesothelioma case to them to begin with.

I’m writing this review through lachrymose eyes and a lump in my throat, so I’ll keep it short.
