I am writing this review to state the simple fact that Mr. Weintraub has been the absolute hardest working, best lawyer. He has been working on my case for the past year and half and has fought hard on every single battle. He is the type of person who cares about his clients and truly gives 110% to his clients. He has not only won 4 out of 4 motions, but he did it by being honest and having superior knowledge. I am blessed to have him as my attorney and recommend him to whoever is looking for an attorney.

I was interested in an uncontested divorce but didn’t have much hope really after trying a paralegal service. Mr. Weintraub and his staff put together a flat fee settlement that was accepted after a few changes. You get what you pay for.

I was involved in an divorce dispute that started off ugly after my ex hired a dirty lawyer who tried using false accusations against me and intimidated me. I was very upset and found Mr. Weintraub. Bo has been working with me for a number of years now on my divorce-related legal issues. While he was my first attorney, I had approached many others with my most pressing problems prior to hiring him as my legal counsel. Bo was the only one who was able to offer a reasonable course of action to protect my rights as a parent and I was very pleased with the eventual outcome. What impresses me the most about him are his ethical standards and his blunt, no-nonsense approach to providing me with strategic advice. He never tries to just say what I want to hear when the facts of the case or the relevant legal environment do not support my grievance. He presents the legal context of the case and the pros and cons of alternative remedies as they are without any embellishment. He is an effective researcher who doesn’t hesitate to do his homework whenever he isn’t absolutely sure about the legal ramifications of the issue at hand. Lastly, he always reminded me of the alternatives to legal remedies that can be just as effective and are definitely far less expensive. This was something I would have never expected from an attorney.

Bo was able to calm me down and came up with an idea for the settlement that not only saved me and the ex money, but actually made his fees LESS EXPENSIVE!!! You will not hear of that many times with any lawyer. I would recommend him for a simple divorce or a complex one with all of the circumstances that always make things difficult. He just has a way of working things out with all parties that make so much sense the case gets settled and everyone gets what they want. He is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of and respectful.
