Do not use this firm. I have been to 9 closing in total and this was by far the worse experience I have ever had. At the last minute, the day of closing, after we arrived they added a cost to us without checking if that cost was agreed upon on the contract or on any addendums. It was not. The line item was a total surprise to us when we saw the documents. As a reputable firm, you would think they would check for supporting documents before adding any costs but they did not. They didnu2019t even communicate this to us, it just appeared on our statement at the closing table. If you are able to, I would suggest selecting a different closing attorney.

Jason at Weissman led both closing we recently had at their East Cobb location. He was excellent to work with. The closing for the house we sold was straight forward and very quick. The closing for the house we bought was slightly more lengthy for which Jason allowed us to go as fast or as slow as we wanted. He took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

Our first closing (as buyers) went very smoothly and we had no complaints. Then recently (as sellers) we had a very difficult closing due to shenanigans and/or incompetence on the part of the lender, and Jake Kaplan went over and above the call of duty to ensure that the closing took place and completed even thought it went 3 hours long. He kept the office open till 6 and took special measures between the buyer and the lender, working along with the buyers real estate agent. We are very grateful for his willingness, creativity, and sacrifices to make it happen.

Weissman was awesome. Very professional attorney's office, yet very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was in a stuffy, snooty attorney's office. My wife and I enjoyed having easy access to refreshments and snacks during the closing process. The process was efficient and smooth. Ryan Bledsoe was great!
