We've relied on Weissman for closing on homes twice now, and we've had great experiences both times. They've always answered any questions we had with clear understandable guidance, and have even gone out of their way to accommodate an unexpected schedule change due to a family emergency. Very happy we've gone with Weissman!

The buyers of our home chose to close with Weissman. We experienced very poor communication throughout the process. I emailed the assigned paralegal multiple times about closing details, and when I spoke on the phone with her she was completely clueless about everything we emailed about. She had no recollection (and actually completely wrong information) about the information I had shared via email. Her overall attitude felt as if I was a burden to her. We were also assured we would have our funds wired to us within a few hours of signing our documents and it was the next day before we received them (In most circumstances, this wouldn’t concern me, but when we’re waiting for a significant amount of money to be wired and it doesn’t show, it’s very concerning! Especially when the closing attorney guaranteed a certain time, which had expired.) In the interim I tried to call the office multiple times, and got no answer. I left voicemails, which were never returned. Fortunately our funds eventually appeared and we’ll never do business with Weissman again.

Company is very organized. Everything was completed quickly and easily. We were in and out in record time. Lawyer was friendly and professional and fixed the one issue I found and we were on our way.

Excellent communication and very smooth closing. The portal was excellent in keeping us updated on the status and progress. Well done Weismann team!
