The company is ok, but the agent I've dealt with Kim Lauman has poor customer service. I never received any updated policy info in 2 years, and had to call to get it. When I switched companies, I had a balance due and never received notification from the agent.

Anytime I call this place, they have attitude and very unpleasant to talk with. They don’t even listen you. Reaching your agent is almost impossible.

Roemer Insurance does a great job for us! I would highly recommend them for your Trucking Insurance needs.
