I gave him 900.00 we went to one court date..he didn't do 900.00 worth the work...sure glad I didn't give him the whole 1500.00 he ask for..cause when I asked for my money back he didn't have it...so he is more of a rip you off kind of lawyer..lesson learned

I had the opportunity to consult with Mr Osborn on a Tenant-Landlord issue . After numerous attempts to settle this dispute, I decided to go the small claims route. Although he did not represent me, he was able to provide needed direction. I found Mr Osborn to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I did not feel that I was talked down to, as this has happened with other attorneys . He graciously provides a free 30 minute consultation. After this positive experience , I intend to have him perform other legal matters.
