Integrity and compassion are important traits for a lawyer. You will be lucky to get a call back. He is too busy to talk to clients and will drop your case without notice. I understand my circumstances were not ideal for him, but being led on is not a good feeling. I really needed his help to make a bad situation right, for him and for my deceased family members. He actually does have a very nice receptionist, but he clearly has more then enough clientele and does not want anymore. I will now need to start over with a new lawyer.
