Ours was an intricate and international case that required expert legal advice and support. After reaching out to quite a few law firms in the USA from Scotland Whelchel & McQuigg took our case on. From start to finish our lawyer Britton Smith was exceptional at keeping us posted on how the case was progressing. When we arrived from Scotland to meet with Mr Smith he was courteous and professional, he won't waste your time promising you the earth, he is honest and straight to the point, in our case he found us a compromise which meant us getting a resolution to our case that suited us and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I can highly, highly recommend this firm of lawyers.

This law firm is way above and beyond other firms I’ve hired. I had a very difficult and unique Real Estate case against Wells Fargo. I actually hired three other lawyers before these guys and none of them could understand how to approach my case or did they know the legal statues like Britton Smith and his associates did. I did my research on my situation for years they were the only lawyers who understood my case right away. At first I spoke to the Sr partners along with Britton Smith at Whelchel & McQuigg. Britton Smith was then my point of contact throughout the process. Britton was excellent, and not only is he extreamly knowledgeable, he is very diligent, responsive, and gets things done quickly. He doesn’t nickel and dime you for every phone call or email like most firms I’ve worked with in the past. I’m so glad I found these guys. I highly recommend this firm and will be glad to hire them again.

Mother passed away so me and my siblings needed to probate her estate. It's been 6 months and he avoids our calls/voicemails. Probating doesn't take 6 months. Not professional by any means.
