Update to experience: After my google review was made the intake staff made sure to reach out to me within 24 hours the following business day. They spent an hour with me on the phone listening to and documenting every detail of my negative employment experience with a large corporation. They where very empathetic, listened to understand what I experienced, & how it impacted my life and mental health. After collecting the details they made a plan to update me weekly in a consistent and timely fashion. I didn’t have to wait even 24 hours after that before Joe Whitcomb himself called me personally and looked at my experience and in detail reviewed what I experienced with me and the details of the law pertaining to my experience. Joe and his staff where very motivated to review my experience and get back to me as soon as possible. I could tell that my prior experience was not how they ever like to operate. I am grateful for Joe’s call and have updated my review upon my own will and desire to do the right thing for fellow veterans and the community to say my faith in this law practice and my belief that “your mission matters” does mean something to Joe and his staff. I would recommend that anyone seeking legal services does reach out to this law office and trust they will be heard and advised appropriately. Trust that any experience can be corrected and that is what Joe and his staff have shown me was their number one priority. Which is living up to the, “your mission matters” motto.

I think a lot of law firms are pretty brutal to work with, but not at Whitcomb - they are just extremely kind, hard-working people. They charge really fair rates, are really smart, and know how to get the job done.
