Jacob Whitehead was working on my case with 3 other attorneys for 8 months. Absolutely nothing was accomplished, and I had to keep emailing to get updates. They updates were often months without communication unless I emailed or called. After finally getting in touch with Jacob after he cancelled a couple times, we had a decent conversation, but he appeared too cautious and sounded bothered. Understanding that many clients may go to attorneys with lies and deceit I ensured to provide documentation to substantiate everything stated. Months went by before I heard from anyone and when I spoke to Jacob Whitehead he was rushed, interrupted often mid-sentence only to ask me a question I was going to answer prior to being cut-off. Jacob Whitehead proceeded to remind me that the case was on contingency and then explain to me the financial implications of contingency that negatively affected him and his ability to address the case. I offered to help in any way and that whatever he needed I was most likely capable of helping being I was out of work and really needed his services. In our final conversation Jacob Whitehead continued talking down to me and reminding me again about the contingency while going overboard and insulting me and my case and rubbing in my situation. Then what really concerned me was how he misrepresented himself, his firm, and my case by minimizing my complaint and claims completely ignoring 95% of the complaints. I then received an email notifying me he was dropping me and to find another attorney 8 months after we signed a contract. After all these raving reviews to say I was shocked would be an understatement.
