I have used Vincent Valenza of Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna LLP for all legal needs for the last few years and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Stay away from this firm. Not forthcoming and dishonest from the start. The attorney just dragged her feet on a case that could of taken just a few months. I know she didn’t mind because each time the attorney would just continue to bill me for more and more. I don’t think every attorney here is as horrible as the one I worked with but it definitely doesn’t reflect good on the firm. There is no shortage of better attorneys who won’t lie and just keep billing you. Do yourself a favor and thank me later. Or see for yourself and find out the hard way.

Seth Leech helped me so much as my immigration lawyer. He was always very responsive and helpful and easy to talk too. I couldn’t have asked for a better support on the way to get a green card. The invoices were fair and I only billed for the time he actually spend. I appreciate Seth and all the Help his Office gave me. Taylor Cuomo was with us in the green card interview and such a great support as well. She also prepared us for the interview and had a lot of good information and tips for us. Thank you so much.

After 5+ years of working with this company with no results, I decided to get a new lawyer.. My new lawyer got me a greencard in less than 2 years lol I would hate to see anyone else getting ripped off by these people. In my experience, they are not professionals, they don’t have the empathy to work with immigrants like us who come to this country to better ourselves. Taylor was supposed to meet me in New Jersey for court and she sent some other lawyer last min (literally told me the morning of the court, obv I had no choice) We had agreed on a set price way prior to the court date.. since she had to send someone else, they changed the price without my agreement. And the other lawyer that she sent was an hour late!! I don’t think their intentions are to help but to make the process longer so they can take more money out of you. Please beware and good luck!

This law firm did a good job with our legal matter but the bills keep rolling in although the lawyer told us it was a simple case and 'it shouldn't be much more'. Today two months after a bill we were told was the last bill, we received another bill! Not happy!
