My experience with Whitley Law Firm was phenomenal. 5 star ?? minimum!!! My attorney Matthew Bissett and his paralegal David Lopez were exceptionally talented and helpful with my work injury case, from day one the communication was very thorough. Both always willing to answer any questions or concerns, never hesitant to go to bat for me with the insurance companies or adjusters for any reason whatsoever with clear and accurate answers and information from start to finish on a seemingly long case. Not to mention all the other staff in the office willingness and determination to get answers for you if your attorney and paralegal was out of the office, and Mr. Bob Whitley for empowering such an outstanding and dedicated team. Thank you to all at this office for the help, guidance and support throughout this process!! Definitely would recommend there services to anybody looking for legal assistance or information!!

Before you hire any lawyer, do your diligence and interview several before deciding on one firm to represent you. Don't trust the words of just anyone telling you that they can definitely get you more money hiring a lawyer. Don't sign any forms until you have spoken directly to the lawyer and all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. In some cases the money you can be awarded in cases such as workers comp is already pre set and other damages can't be collected. In essence their fee will just be out of money that was yours and the few forms to collect it you could have done yourself. Bottom line, don't rush to retain someone and research it before committing. Everyone here is very nice and they respond to you quickly.

Have to say from day one I was taken care of and no matter how many phone calls or emails I sent with questions they were all answered in a timely manner. my wife was severly injured in a head on crash jan 14b2023 i was also in the wreck she was in the hospital for 3 months i retained the firm the day after the crash not once did anyone from the firm go and see her everything was done by phone it was determaned the crash was no way are fault by any means.are atterny told me my wife would recive 67ooo dollars when my wife was transferd to a rehab i had to beg ben whitley to please deliver her settelment check to her so at least she would think sombody cared. when i called to speak to our lawyer santiogo i was told he was no longer with the firm. no one even contacted us to tell us that.my poor wife was given the run around from day one the poor girl had 7 surgeries in 9 days hip replacement shoulder replacement 2 brokenen legs. every time we called his assistant jennifer we were given the run around they then told us the hospital wake med had a lean on her settelment and she would only recive a fraction of what she was quoted they did a horrible job on our case. vincent yannetti
