Reviews

WLG worked on our behalf regarding a dispute. Opposing council made the process unnecessarily protracted. Maureen and Mark kept us informed throughout, letting us know when they needed us and when we would need to wait for responses. They were direct and efficient in all matters. Best, they were incredibly knowledgeable and insightful which ultimately saved us a lot of money and time. We felt very lucky to find them and have them as our advocates. Highly recommend. Brilliant "pay as you go" approach rather than prohibitive retainer costs.
When we needed to handle a matter, Mark came highly recommended (“Reach out to Mark. No question. He’s the best”). After working with Mark and his team, we wholeheartedly agree. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and extremely thorough in every regard. His style is direct yet empathetic, which was displayed when he helped guide us through the situation. What was also refreshing to experience was how Mark always kept things on track to meet our goals, which was appreciated as legal matters can get costly. In the end, the outcome was an extremely positive one and we will forever be thankful to Mark and Maureen for their help and their professionalism. If you ever are in need of a legal team, you need to work with Mark and the WLG team. No question, they are the best.
You know someone is good when an adversary recommends them. That's how I found Whitney Law Group. Mark is a pro, knows the law inside and out, and is an excellent thinker, communicator and negotiator. Most of all, a decent human who acts with integrity, fairness and compassion. Highly recommend when you need someone to advocate for your rights.
Mark was very responsive and professional. It was a pleasure working with him.
I do not recommend Mark Whitney. You have been warned! I recommend that if his office pops on your google search, run as fast as you can. He tells you he will call you or email you back, but he never does. He uses excuses that your email got lost in his inbox and promises to respond but never does. I have been waiting for MONTHS for a response to my case. Instead of telling you the truth about your case so you can decide your next steps, he keeps your hopes up by telling you he is looking into it and will have an answer in a week. A week turns into several weeks and then months. If you want your case resolved, don't call his office.
