Outstanding! This law firm did a phenomenal job in representing me in probably on one of the ugliest real estate transactions to date. They made sure their client (me) was protected through the entire transaction - which took almost 2 years! Mary Wilcox was relentless in staying true to the law and her client no matter what the builder or his attorney tried to manipulate from me. She saved me from financial and unsavory dealings that I may have relented to and she found better secure options. They are always ethical, extremely knowledgeable and put the client first!

do NOT work with Mary Wilcox. She just stole $5200 of my down payment on a co-op. I am a hard working person who scrounged up $$ to put down, and she will not give it back. She says she is not in default after waiting 9 MONTHS to get a closing with her. She is unprofessional and incredibly nasty. DO NOT WORK WITH HER
