He takes pleasure in taking photos of people in public without their knowledge or consent then POSTS it on Facebook and calls them "tweaker" and "douche bags" it's a game for them to make fun of people as they come into their BUSINESS, they get points for each photo they upload!

Will Parks takes photos of people in his city and posts them in a private group on Facebook to make fun of them. Disgusting
