I cannot say enough great things about Bill, Arlene, Gina, and the rest of the team. They were all so incredibly responsive, and incredibly compassionate as I sold my father's house, who had just passed away. Bill was very knowledgeable about the market and took care of every facet, while Arlene and Gina also helped me with every question. All three were always available, day or night, to give their advice. They made the entire process as easy as possible and were always willing to pitch in to make the sale happen, particularly as I was not local. I would highly recommend this team. They are consummate professionals who will work hard for you, and I don't think you could find better people to help you buy or sell a home.

My wife and I worked with Eric to buy our first home. In a hot seller's market, it can be difficult sending in multiple offers only for most to be rejected. Eric was patient and encouraging the entire time. He was always quick to respond and schedule viewings on both weekdays and weekends. I also worked with a couple of the vendors recommended by Eric and found them to be fairly priced, and it made the whole process easy with everyone being coordinated.
