During our final walk through we had discovered damages on the house that weren't there initially and a few things from our Ryder had not been completed. Yes, they're a busy office but his knowledge and experience are worth it.

Bill helped me with 2 closings. The first was easy, the second not so much. The seller and his agent were being difficult and appeared to be looking to back out. Bill got a court order to force the close and all was well. I found his rates to be very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.
