I really wanted to hire Michael Rubin for my divorce. I had to schedule for a consultation 3 times because the first time I showed up only for the receptionist to tell me he stepped out and she was not sure when he would return. She said she called me to let me know however I had no missed calls only an email she sent me 13 minutes before my appointment. The other 2 times I just scheduled a phone consultation so I wouldn’t have to waste my time driving all the way back to his office. However, he was hours late on those appointments too. When I finally got to talk to Michael he was EXTREMELY rude. I was asking him questions about the process and he simply replied by saying “didn’t I already answer that on the email?” Sir if I’m paying you a large amount of money I expect for you to answer my questions as many times as I ask because that’s part of your job. I was already not feeling him so at the end of the consultation I let him know I would think it over and let him know if I wanted to proceed. He responded by saying “so what was this phone call for?” I really couldn’t believe how someone could be so unprofessional. I understand he’s a busy guy but he needs better people skills. Definitely do not recommend!!

Finding Mark Rubin in our moment of need was wonderful. We found Mark to be professional, he took his time explaining everything and walked us through the process we hired him for. I would highly reccomend Mark to my most personal friends. Thank you Mark!

My wife and I are so appreciative of Rubin & Associates for seeing us through what we thought was going to be an unpleasant time.
