Dr. Phillips is a great retina doctor who shows & cares for his patients! My experience with Dr. Phillips has been wonderful. I have no complaints at all! The injections he’s been giving me is working very well! I highly recommend The Retina Group of Washington!

I was able to schedule an emergency appointment with the office (within hours). Dr. Phillips was very nice and kind. He knows his stuff. Most of his staff were friendly and efficient. If I had the need, I would make him my permanent doctor. The office was neat and felt up to date and fresh. Would definitely recommend.
