I had a horrible experience with this firm. I was appalled and in shock after my experience with this agency. I couldn't believe what had just happened! I have been in the business of providing services to my clients for 25 years. I would never and certainly would not allow an employee of mine, to speak to a client the way I was spoken to. Obviously in this case the apple does not fall far from the tree. I originally spoke with the owner and she seemed more that cordial and easy to communicate with, but once they had my money it was a different story. I was not familiar with the process and I asked some questions. It seemed with each question, those I was seeking guidance from became angry, hostile and put out. I couldn't understand, the reasoning for not wanting to answer a simple question, without giving me a sense of anger attached to the answer. Every single person I spoke to in this agency had the same hostile disposition right down to the woman at the reception desk. It got to the point were I became upset and when I approached the owner with the situation she was extremely condescending and hostile to the point that she told me they would not continue to do business with me! I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy. Home buying is stressful enough you should not have to be treated like dirt by those you hire to help you. They may be good to some degree, as long as you don't have any questions, pay up and just wait for the closing, hoping they will come through for you. However beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing.
