Recently had to deal with this office after I was fraudulently charged with a bank execution against my accounts. Rather than admitting their wrongdoing, they insisted that I was the one in the wrong even when presented with multiple pieces of evidence proving this fact. Elsie (Ellie?) was hostile from the get-go and overall rude and deceitful. I can understand making a mistake and owning up to it but they placed blame on others and caused me loss of all money from my bank accounts.

These guys did some collections for me. They were great. They were professional. Great experience.

Terrible customer service. Somehow I’m the one who supposed to chase them to take my money!!!
