So rude and unprofessional. Called for a consultation and he was getting an attitude because I couldn’t hear him and he wasn’t properly communicating his question + why he was asking certain questions. Truly absurd. Are we not professionals? You can ask your questions without raising your voice. Worst first impression for a business I’ve ever experienced. Know how to ask potential clients questions in a professional demeanor. Do better.
