I have a new policy with incorrect beneficiary info. I have been sending emails and faxes to them with NO REPLY. I thought William Penn was a good company. Good thing I only made two payments so far so I wont lose too much if (when) I find another company who is more customer oriented!
We have a current policy for my husband which, thank goodness, we have not had to activate. I recently applied for a policy for myself and after 3 months I still have no response from the company about the status of my application. I even wrote a letter to their customer service department, a week ago, outlineing my frustration with names of people, times of voicemails I left, conversations I had with the "underwriter" who sounded tired and confused when I spoke to him. I even let them know in writing that I had the bill for my husband's policy, worth thousands of dollars, and if I did not get some kind of response I would not be renewing. STILL, no response. They are totally unaccountable and get a ZERO in customer service. They lost a very good customer. I will encourage everyone I know not to use them for life insurance.
Unfortunately, I echo similar disappointment as others. Very lengthy application times, poor customer service, etc. Do yourself a favor and find another life insurance company.
Emilio A Cruz I am an owner of life insurance policy in your company, and I have tried for several days to talk to someone. I don’t want to cancel this policy for bad customer services
their policy are not a good choice because as you age your premiums increase a lot, & that is when you need it to decrease in premiums !! their universal life ins policy doesn't do anyone justice !!
