William R. Dorsey

I really hate to have to write this but here it goes. I went to Dorsey for years he delivered my daughter was always great to me I haven't had to see him in years due to a hysterectomy a friend of mine was having g a lot of issues I recommend him to her. She was hospitalized last October dr Dorsey misdiagnosed her she then started having major pain about a month ago he was rude to her acting like she was drug seeking. Until she started bleeding out of control and had to leave work by ambulance she went to a different hospital because also during that time she was in and out of southview ER which also did nothing for her so the ambulance took her to Kettering where she was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. This doctor could cause my friend her life. All Dorsey talked about was the cyst on her ovary and telling her he doesn't understand why that would cause her so much pain even tho he was very aware of a mass she had.

I left my last practice unsure if I’d find an OBGYN that I could trust with my pregnancy needs. I felt like I never would find a real doctor who would actually note my chart with my information and not a generic copy and pasted message that didn’t pertain to me. I was recommended to Dorsey by a patient who had lost their child. I knew going in that he was a highly compassionate Dr, however I was blown away in the end by the amount of detail and care he put into every visit. I couldn’t recommend Dr Dorsey enough. If you are looking for a Dr who is going to listen to your concerns and take you seriously throughout your pregnancy, if you want someone who will go above and beyond in care and not just look at you as another $$$, I highly highly recommend Dr Dorsey. Thank you Dr Dorsey for making one of the hardest days of my life dignified. Thank for going above and beyond to remember me at my next appointment months later. Thank you for hiring staff who care and also go above and beyond to remember details they shouldn’t have to. Thank you for treating me like a human and not just another patient you were seeing throughout the day.

I have been a patient of Dr Dorseys for 26 years. He encouraged me through my miscarriage and went on to deliver my three children. He takes the time to talk about how life is going and truly is a wonderful doctor. So thankful for doctors like him.

Dr William Dorsey is the most kind GYN doctor he's nice he takes his time talking to his patients about what's going on with them and what needs to be done. He keeps it with you and he tells jokes that puts a smile ???? on your face that's sometimes have laughter on your face. He's a good doctor and laughter is all so is good medicine to. Ive been going to Dr.Doresy's office for going on 5 years and i wouldnt trade him as a doctor !! He was patient and slow when i was pregnant and had my son in 2019 and now pregnant with my second baby and the first visit with this pregnancy was "hows the little guy doing" ! I love him as my Doctor as well as the staff !! Ive only had one issue with a nurse there and i had pulled Dr.Doresy aside and mentioned it to him and right away it was fixed!! Hes a great man !!!
