William R. Gaston

I am a regular patient of Dr. Gaston’s office. He is an outstanding dentist and every member of the office is friendly, helpful, patient and professional. You are welcomed warmly as you enter the beautifully appointed, immaculately clean waiting room. From there, you’re kindly greeted by a hygienist or dental assistant and escorted to a spotless, perfectly organized treatment room. There, you receive an explanation of your treatment as you enjoy entertaining and relaxing views through the crystal clean windows of each treatment room. No matter your treatment, you receive a complete, easy to understand summary of your dental status from Dr. Gaston including recommended next steps where appropriate. Upon completion of your treatment, you are escorted to the business office where, if you choose, you can schedule next appointments or ask Dr. Gaston’s willing staff to assist you in any variety of matters such as treatment education, coordination of benefits, etc. My most recent visit was a routine hygiene appointment with Brianne. It was routine only in that I try to do so at least twice per year. She reviewed previous dental work, commented on improvements in my home care from previous visits and recommended additional home care measures I could take. My visit concluded with a Dr. Gaston review and comments. This is an outstanding dentist office. You are treated in every way by every person in a manner that’s shows dedication and appreciation for your patronage. This is THE team you want to entrust your dental health to.

I have been taking my daughter here since her first dentist appointment at 3y/o and they have always been great! This past visit my daughter had her first set of x-rays taken and Beth was amazing with her! She took the time to put the pictures up on the TV and show my daughter where she had lost her baby tooth and how you could see the adult tooth coming up underneath the gum. My daughter was enthralled and actually enjoys visiting the dentist!

I have been going to Fountainview Family Dental for years and during those years I have always had Missy as my dental hygienist and she always makes me feel so comfortable. She is always smiling and we’re always laughing and it makes my visit so much less stressful and I appreciate that more than I can say. One last perk is their office, I can always watch out the big windows and look at the birds and animals in the feeders or I’m in the front and I’m looking at the beautiful waterfalls with the fish in the pond, it’s very relaxing!

Dr. Gaston and his staff were very friendly, and I love that they have someone who explains the insurance/financial side of things prior to leaving (I've not had that at any other dentist, without asking a lot of questions). My hygienist Beth did a great job and was very personable, making the experience enjoyable and quick. Thank you Dr. Gaston and team!

I love this place! I never liked going to the dentist until Melissa starting seeing me. She is the absolute BEST! She's thorough, gentle, and so nice! My chompers are happy.
