Worst apartment complex I've ever been too. Our apartment had not been cleaned in some time, there were little bugs in the cabinets and cobwebs everywhere. Place is as big of a joke as they come. People in the office are cardboard cutouts that don't know anything. They aren't in control of anything that goes on here, if u run into a problem don't even bother calling. Just move out, it'll save u the headache. I forgot to add that the rent goes up every moth, they fail to mention that when you sign your lease. Always some new "issue" that residents are required to pay for, or hidden fees that they don't tell you about. I cannot fathom enough, do not live here.

I love it here it’s been 3 months if I have any problems they always make sure it’s taking care of and they always make sure I’m satisfied I believe I pick the best place to live

This place is horrible. Do not recommend living here. They love to add money onto things after you leave the apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I can only say good things. The leasing office staff is extremely helpful and are very hands on in order to help you with anything you need. Any issue I’ve ever had was solved within the same or next day. Kelly the leasing specialist is not only helpful but very attentive in keeping residents happy. She was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and accommodated all of my needs.

Our time at Frazer Crossing has been nothing short of great! I think those looking to rent need to take reviews with a grain of salt because it's easy to write a negative review out of anger. The staff at the office is very accommodating and responds to matters quickly. Lynn, the property manager does what she can with what she has to make sure residents are happy and helped. The leasing specialist I had worked with Nick, who is no longer at this location, helped make our move in process quick and easy. Kelly and Nolan, the leasing specialists there now, are very pleasant and put up with whatever I throw their way. I have relatives who have lived here for 10+ years and have loved it just as much! The maintenance team responds to requests quickly and is also very pleasant. Again, when reading reviews of Frazer Crossing, keep in mind some of them were written before management switched over and a lot of those issues have been resolved. We had loved our time here so far and we look forward to many more years!
