Initially, they were quite helpful filling up our forms and to make sure everything was accurate. At times, we didn't experience the greatest communication and we had to push a lot to get a response while our case managers changed a couple of times. Probably pandemic has something to do with that too and that embassies might not be as responsive as usual. We hope we can see that they become proactive with our immigration case updates and we can have the same level of satisfation that other clients experienced. Update: I got my greencard. Compared to the delay from the lawfirm side, the embassy and the interview took a much longer time, mostly due to Covid. Eventually, when we got our time for interview set, our lawyer had a very good preparatory meeting with me and walked us through the process. The final stage of our experience with Wilner & O'Reilly was a great one despite a slow start and process we had. One thing to add is that I am grateful that this lawfirm was willing to take on my case since there were complications that not every lawyer would like to deal with. In the end, we are very satisfied with their service and grateful for their expertise.
