This law firm abuse their position and rights as trial attorneys. Why would attorneys with over 40 years experience file a fabricated complaint in secret under Maryland Rules without strict proof or at least grounds to stand. They Lipp tried skipping over a DC trial thinking it was going to be that easy for a dismissal of all claims. Lipp Esq didn't receive no award of judgment signed off by a DC magistrate to harass the wrong persons and address. Lipp even fabricated events that did not happen. I wonder how two cars one with no insurance was driving down MLK and in Popeyes drive thru at the same time. No one is going to let something like that slide without proper compensation. this law firm is unprofessional to every degree possible. A person should never summons someone name to intimidate,be unjust for personal gain, harass, and without full proper release and relief .the lawyer Lipp so foul he demonstrated how unjust Maryland laws is by Maryland scheduling a date for a DC matter on their docket without question and he played it real well. His best lie wouldn't justify his actions in the court of law . They need to restrict his use of efiling cases to see how many cases from DC will he bring without a court order from DC. Lipp used the tactics working off loop holes to undermine the govt and enforcers for contingency payments from insurance companies

I have had a horrible experience dealing with this law firm, and Mr. lips paralegal. Everything has been out of whack. I’ve been ready to settle for almost 8 months and I’m just now starting the settlement process which is super annoying because I was never told that I had other options for doctor care, now I am stuck with an injury that I will most likely end up, paying for out-of-pocket in the future. This was not a good experience at all to be honest it felt worse than the car accident because of the lack of care. Also, beware of hidden fees that were never discussed until settlement.
