Winnebago Co States Attorney

A citizen should have the right to discuss evidence with the States atturney or a person in his office with authority to order a subpoena. To be denied this right it’s not consistent with the Illinois state constitution. Our law enforcement agencies need to either change the laws or enforce them !!! We must not ignore the law !!! I am a disabled man with a care giver. My state appointed care giver Stole over $20,000 of my personal property & I have most of it on Videotape. The states attorney will not order a subpoena to even question the perpetrator, never mind Arrest him !!!! This is unacceptable, and not consistent with the laws of the land. The crazy times in which we live do not and must not give certain people the right to steal from other people. Disabled lives also matter !!!!!

This district attorney doesn't care about the Constitution or any bodies rights him and the whole winnebego justice system is corrupt what they have done to me and most of the male minorities in that county are not safe they racially profile the federal government needs to look into what is going on ppl need to contact the DOJ and the Attorney General of Illinois and the Governor who I have contacted about this situation obviously he doesn't care.

Listens to citizens and cares about the public safety in this area. Not just a run of the mill politician.. stands for what is right and good for the people.
