A citizen should have the right to discuss evidence with the States atturney or a person in his office with authority to order a subpoena. To be denied this right it’s not consistent with the Illinois state constitution. Our law enforcement agencies need to either change the laws or enforce them !!! We must not ignore the law !!! I am a disabled man with a care giver. My state appointed care giver Stole over $20,000 of my personal property & I have most of it on Videotape. The states attorney will not order a subpoena to even question the perpetrator, never mind Arrest him !!!! This is unacceptable, and not consistent with the laws of the land. The crazy times in which we live do not and must not give certain people the right to steal from other people. Disabled lives also matter !!!!!

Failure to uphold the law is an Dereliction of duty. You have violated the constitution, the only law in fact written in the constitution, treason. America's need to figure out this whole qualified immunity issue, treason should be excluded. Failure to get medical attention for a suspect in custody is obviously violations of both law and basic human rights. To uphold these actions makes the attorney or whomever made the decision just as guilty. Do I agree with the actions of Mr bell, no. Did that make the actions of the officers involved ethical or acceptable? NO.

I have asked the sates attorney to drop all charges on my fiance!! The sates Attorneys office and the judge has Sliced me! They have no actual evidence nor will i stand to be silenced anymore! I had a seizure they want to not do as i asked they get but hurt because i dont want to testify against my fiance when the fact is that my man actually saved my life when i asked my landlord to fix my sink way before the seizure now months after the sink is fixed!
