Had a Dealer identified warranty issue which needed service and an electrical component which was broke needing replacement. DH Buick took great care of me. I feel comfortable having my service done here. Great team who are polite and I believe honest. Waiting area very user friendly and comfortable. Convenient local driver for pickup and drop off. Prices were very competitive. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I plan to continue to have my service preformed at Don Hewlett.

They serviced my truck and it was quick and easy. I have used dealerships in the past for most of my oil changes and I have never experienced such a smooth process! I felt like it was just as fast as a "quick lube" but higher quality and weirdly enough, a better price! These guys are great!

My husband and I have purchased several cars over the years but never experienced the level of customer service like we did at Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick. From the moment we arrived to look at a vehicle and forward. Our salesman, Bruce, was very friendly and helpful, the receptionist, custodian, the staff in the accessories department, all were very cordial and friendly...the sales manager stopped by to introduce himself, the finance person. We have always been a Ford family, for many years, but in making the change to purchase a Buick, I'm glad it was with the Hewlett Family...best customer service!

I had set up an appointment to view a truck with Mr. Luther and when I showed up the truck was" taken to the Dallas Cowboys game by the owner". Normally that wouldn't be an issue, I understand companies take their vehicles for advertisements and all. But, the fact that I drove 2 hours from San Antonio with that scheduled appointment is an issue. Not only was the truck not there, but I never received a call or text to reschedule and to top it all off, it seemed as Mr. Luther could care less about the issue. If you're not local to the dealership, don't waste your time looking at vehicles here online. They tried to make it up by trying to show me other trucks I had no interest in. The only saving grace of the whole trip was Henna Chevrolet had the truck I was looking for so I just took my business there.

Phenomenal experience. Even though the wife and I were set on what we wanted, Jeff made sure we were aware of all the options that could beat suit our family, without being pushy about it. Once we moved forward with our purchase, Jeff made sure we had everything we would need so we wouldn't have any regrets down the road.
