No worries you can hire them AGAIN to do that instead of it just being as part of the divorce as ANY other lawyer in town will do. If you enjoy throwing money in the trash hire James Simpson! Total joke.

Hired mr Simpson 2 years ago for a case on my fathers estate. He has not closed the case as of yet and will not return my calls. Paid 2500$ and got an invoice for 1100$ used out of it. I do not recommend this firm.

Used this law firm to fight for my divorce and custody. Paid thousands up front for retainer which got depleted QUICK. I was back & fourth to court for contempt multiple times because JS law firm was not helping me in any way to fight or leading me in the right direction to retrieve processions after divorce was final. JS law sent me a letter a few wks ago advising he was dropping my case because my ex husband had not paid debt which was court ordered to be paid to JS law firm- which obviously is not my fault. So now i’m owed thousands of dollars and no one to support me.
