Wirth Law Office

I am so grateful I had Bryce Evans and Wirth law office to support me through my divorce. He helped to protect both of my children and me during the case. The staff was kind and patient to worth with, in many different scenarios. Mr. Evans was forced to do the work of two lawyers, due to the incredible inefficiency of opposing counsel, but never complained and was always capable. I will always use Wirth law office and Bryce Evans if I ever need representation again, going forward.

Did a wonderful job on my drafting papers everything was like it suppose. I would recommend anyone because they did a fabulous job..

I'm only giving to give this law firm one star because I have to. This is the worst law firm probably in Tulsa! I called and talked to one of the paralegals for advice and at the time I felt she had given me great advice until I did and then it back fired on me. They promised me that if I moved out of state they would try their best to handle my divorce in the best way as long I made it to court for every court date. I drove 14 hours every two weeks back and forth from GA to OK and back to GA. I had to pay them $800 just to start my case and they agreed to work with my payments being the situation I was in. Now granted they did work with my payments my lawyer agreed to everything my spouses lawyer threw at us...not only did he agree but he also talked bad about me to my spouses lawyer and my spouse was able to come back and repeat it all. My lawyer charged me for paperwork being written and filed and the paperwork was never singed by my spouse....at first I thought my spouse was lying about not getting the paperwork until my lawyer wrote up child support papers and a month after I signed my spouse claimed he had never seen them and had no idea what I was talking about. So I assume my lawyer wrote up the paper work and had me sign it just to shut me up and feel like the process was moving forward. Its been two months and I still have no child support and my spouse still claims that he has no knowledge of the papers. Then my lawyer filed a motion against me and never told me about it he continued to let me email him and call the office knowing that he filed against me. The worst part about it all was that my spouse showed me the paperwork and I had never heard about it my lawyer never talked to me about it. The date on the paperwork showed that when I was emailing him and he had promised to do paperwork for me he had already knew he was filing because I spoke with him days after he filed. He also promised to have paperwork done for me after he filed the motion BUT AGAIN never discussed it with me. My spouse was able to bring me the paperwork showing the motion my lawyer had filed against me and my spouse got the paperwork from his lawyer. I WOULDNT WASTE MY MONEY HERE. Also found out from my husband that this wirth law firm is known as the worthless law firm and I'm still in the process of going through my divorce
