Update -after making this review I received a called and my case was dropped. Go figure! I currently have a case with them. I absolutely agree with all the negative reviews. I see no lies, down to the filing a claim against your insurance when not at fault ( leaving you financial responsible),to lack of communication from case manager and attorneys. Any information I obtained I received by reaching out to them. It's 8/17/23 last time I heard from them was 7/12/23 and that was because I asked a question, that is still unanswered. I can't even get the proper medical care I need due to me having to pay for everything out of pocket. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to reaching out to them. But I am stuck now!!

I just wanted to hop on here and thank my team. It took a little over two years but they did it! Huge thanks to Rabia Said, Veronica Maya and Martha Puebla. I m sure there were tons more but they really put up with us through the entire ordeal. Just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. They got the settlement we needed to move forward and start over. My little family thanks you forever????

First couple of weeks, I left a 5 star review. Keilyn and her team were on it. Two months later and I have received no communication. I have had to call twice for updates. The last call I was told that the trucking companies insurance wants a statement from me and that it would be sent to my email. I have yet to receive. I have called back to ask more questions and get a better understanding. But no one has answered my call. Very disappointed

Not happy. From the very start it took forever for a demand to be sent out. I was done with treatment before they took my case They allowed it to just sit with nothing being done to it for 6 months. Once the demand was finally sent it took about the average amount of time for the insurance to respond. Once it finally got settled and insurance company sent in a check.... That's when they dropped the ball again. Been weeks now, and still no word. Either they lied about receiving a check or they just sitting on the money I was promised after it was settled. I wouldn't recommend. Some times a bigger firm is not always the best. They take on more than they can handle, and you become just another name.
