Matt Wolfberg has been our attorney since 1977 when we closed on our house. He was outstanding then and has remained so over the past 47 years. He has written and revised our wills, defended us in traffic court, and has provided sage advice for a range of legal matters. Matthew Wolfberg Esq. did our father’s will in March of 2018, Mr. Matthew Wolfberg was very helpful and understanding of our father’s specific details on who gets what & more so specifically who gets left out with no possible way to challenge it. On Jan 18, 2024 at 87 yrs old our Dad passed away. When I called his office about a specific issue outside of Dad’s Will but legally slightly tied to it in a way. He was very sympathetic & very helpful during our heartbreaking time & having to deal with the Will and everything that comes when a dearly eternally loved one passed away.
