After closing on the purchase of our home in Rogersville in Nov 2020, it took until April 5, 2021 to receive our closing documents. There were a variety of reasons but the “straw that broke the camel’s back” was the rude response when I called (for at least the third time within a few weeks) to check on the status. After hearing that “they are going in mail” for at least the second time I expressed my displeasure. At that point a person from the company hand delivered our documents. I appreciate that response but still have a less than satisfied feeling about this company. Will not use again or recommend.

They handled the closing on my house and everything went smoothly. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Working with Zachary Guyse was a good experience. He is very professional, responsive, , and is passionate about getting you a fair settlement. He is the man to call on for personal injury resulting from an automobile accident. He settled my case in a reasonable amount of time.
