After a road side sobriety test where I was not allowed to remove my stilettos to walk a straight line I was taken in for a breathalyzer. The officer tried 3 times to get me to blow positive but couldn't. So she charged me with a DWAI. Mr. Wollrab was very understanding and manage to have the DWAI thrown out for a technicality.
