A well-run office as far as going there in-person and effecting service, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch w/anyone in the NY office by phone or email if you need guidance on serving papers where the service is the least bit unusual. In other words: calling the 212 NY office number never leads to you talking to anyone from that office other than, get this - A RECEPTIONIST WHO CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE OR CONNECT YOU TO ANY ACTUAL INTAKE AGENTS IN THE NY OFFICE. I mean, really! What's the point in that number being there if I can't talk to anyone there other than a receptionist who doesn't know anything more than when the place opens and closes? Ridiculous.
