I definitely agree with the many clients that have stated they felt taken advantage of, lost money, and didn't get the representation from this law office. To not be given a fee list before charges are made is unethical, to also refuse to meet with or to discuss chargers is also unethical. I highered this office and they gave me a wonderful pitch as well on what they could do. Andrea Worden gave me the information. When my family paid the retainer I was ignored, only contacted on the day of court after many many calls to the office. Finding out day of court the attorney in court would not be representing me since it was her last week. Very stomped by judge and could not answer clearly questions judge was asking,, I felt very under represented. After court, I was billed $475. Tried to get explanation of fees from Andrea and she gave me none stating everything is listed there on the invoice. I am at desperate mercy to get help with me kids and called Andrea again. I was then was told she will have someone call me. Andrea never gave me explanation of fees, if the other attorney office have been communicated with or not, and I am showed billed, or me told what is the plan going forth. After several unreturned calls, my family decided we would not be given the help from this office. I asked to cancel all representation and for a refund of my retainer. Andrea agreed and stated she would let her staff know to cut me a check. After a week has gone by my family reached back out to her and this time Andrea is furious stated if we have any retainer left. Very nervous now that this office without even representing me now taking my full retainer. I was billed another $375. We wait another 3 weeks and finally a check come in the mail and the check is wrong. I reach back out to the office asking for an appointment and to discuss charges and also sent a message. Andrea emails back refusing to meet with me and my family stating she already explained fees which she had not. Also emailing me saying this was the last response since her office no longer represents me. I have never felt used nor taken advantage like this. I don't understand how some clients have the best of service and representation and others did not. I am very sad this happened to my family when we could not afford to lose money like this.

I cannot say enough great things about Andrea and her legal team at Worden law firm. They go above and beyond. I found her to be very experienced, responsive, knowledgable and honest. I felt as though my situation was in adept and trustworthy hands, and she did not steer me wrong. I would highly recommend Worden Law Firm to anyone seeking legal representation that is fair, honest and will keep your best interest and unique needs at the forefront.

I don’t know how it happens but I seem to have several friends who call me in the early mornings for help with something legal. Any time it’s criminal- I call Andrea. She is amazing. I can’t tell you how many times she has swooped in and saved the day. From explaining the legal system to handling complex criminal defense, Andrea at the Worden Law Firm is amazing at everything.
