Reviews

As a local Realtor I am always pleased to work with the folks at WRHW. Very professional.
Recently had a refi closing in which they were involved. They did a fine job but they drastically overcharged for their fees (according to the other attorney involved in the transaction). Turns out they billed BY THE HOUR and counted each email towards billable time. I've never seen a RE Attorney charge by the hour and not by the transaction! Bottom Line...They do good work but GET PRICING DETAILS UP FRONT every time. I assumed like every other transactional real estate attorney I have ever used they had a fee schedule and followed that schedule. I did not realize they were tracking time and billing hourly and I had to pay the price for my assumption!

Don't go here much cause it cost me money...lol but they are super people to work with and very professional if you need an Lawyer for business or personal.
I have worked with Bruce Laney and Gina Motsinger of Wyatt Early Harris Wheeler on dozens of transactions over the last 5 years and have found them to be the most accessible and receptive team I have worked with in the real estate industry. True professionals and a pleasure to work with.
