My husband and I have benefited from the professional services of Wynn and Wynn for many years as needed for various legal issues. Without exception, we have been treated respectfully, professionally, and effectively by all at Wynn and Wynn. Most recently Cara Kuzmiski was delightful to work with. I needed to hire A lawyer. Went to Wynn & Wynn for a consultation. I was BILLED for the consultation, not for 1 lawyer, for 2 lawyers time. I gave them all the information they requested for a "demand letter" did not hear back for a month, nothing. I called to find out what was being done. The lawyer didn't even know who I was or what I was talking about. After "reminding" him as to who I am and what case I am, he responded with, "we are looking into everything". Total time on phone (I checked) 7 minutes... Was later billed for 20 minute phone conversation! The "demand letter" was sent to me with non of the information I gave them. And I had to put the said info in the letter for them. And return it to them. I was then billed for over 4 hours, for 2 lawyers to draft said letter, all this cost me over $1400. And yes I was still being charged for 2 lawyers, not one. The craziest thing is, when I got the drafted letter, they spelt their OWN company name WRONG!
I did not have an enjoyable experience with Wynn and Wynn when closing on my house. There were multiple mistakes and hiccups which required me to run around and jump through hoops. I have closed on houses before and this was by far my worst experiences. They seemed very under qualified and confused to handle this transaction. In addition, after all this, my check was mis mailed and was extremely late. Would not recommend.
