Bernard Wysocki and his daughter Krysia Ressler were absolutely the most wonderful people to handle my case. They new about previous issues with my place of employment and took care of everything. Very professional in all aspects and was even less expensive than estimate.
Absolutely the worst experience with an attorney. Didn't make it past the initial phone call. Mr. Perry asked about my work and disability history and then proceeded to bark question after question after hearing me say I was self employed, without giving me a chance to respond. When I realized the questions he was asking was to determine if I had enough social security credits in my work history to qualify, I tried interjecting that I did. His response was to raise his voice and tell me that if I hadn't worked in the last ten years I wouldn't be eligible and bit out that he wasn't interested in taking my case and literally hung up on me. This entire encounter lasted less than 3 minutes. After which I jumped onto the social security website to double check, and I do indeed have all the credits I need to qualify, as I tried explaining to him. This jerk has no business representing people at the most vulnerable time in their lives, let alone calling himself a professional in any capacity. Mr. Perry - you are the reason people hate lawyers.
I personally don't feel anything good about this firm. I am trying to file a simple case with help of them but after 1 month I hear from them that please check for different attorney, we not capable of doing this. They just wasted my 1 month of time. Things I didn't like about them. They charge way beyond market price and if ask explaination then they will ask you to change Attorney. They will never respond to your voicemail. Front Desk will never communicate your message with Attorney because of her personal reasons. Overall they are very Busy people and don't care about any small or simple cases I beleive. Please think before wasting your time with them.
I agree. Very unprofessional, will not answer emails, the secretary is very rude, and they are very unfair when it comes to wills. They do not abide by what the deceased desired. So, think twice before doing any type of business with them.
