DO NOT HIRE HIM AS YOUR ATTORNEY! I am still waiting on a call back from 2 years ago. He took my money and ghosted me. He lied about filing my case, nothing was ever filed because I went to the courthouse in person to inquire. The last time I got him on the phone I had to use a phone with a different area code from mine. He doesn't even have a real office because I went there too, just a space he rents whenever someone wants to meet in person. All he did was cause me MENTAL ANGUISH!!!

What a Great Experience. Attorney Eric Yankwitt is reasonably priced, and out of the Box thinker, thoughtful, aggressive when necessary & trustworthy. I just cant say enough about how he has helped us. Also, his support staff is Amazing.

I called Eric concerning a Probate and Guardianship matter with my late parents estate. It was a very complicated matter since we are seven siblings. Eric was very responsive and professional, always returned calls and answered my emails. As you communication is key these days. I highly recommend Eric, he and his entire staff are always on point. Following Eric's advice and guidance I was able to resolve my situation. Eric responded to me in a spirit of a high harmonious conduct.

If I could give a 0 Star rating I surely would DO NOT CONTACT THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING!!!! You will have more luck with a public defender if anything. I have been struggling as a father to get at LEAST time sharing with my little girl and NOTHING has been done! I don’t feel heard nor taken serious when it comes to my case I feel discarded and just flat out ignored in every sense I have CALLED, EMAILED, TEXT MESSAGED, can’t even leave a voice mail message because of how full his inbox is I WONDER WHY. I had to have a friend of my to contact Mr. Yankwitt and he finally answered. SHOCKING right for WEEKS contacting this individual and nothing and finally when I do contact him his delirious to what’s going on in my case and any time I do get in contact all he does is ask for my email. Just plain and simple don’t waste your time nor money. NEXT!

He represented my son who is a Disabled Army Veteran for his Social Security benefits and supposedly filed the appeal. When I contacted him for updates because his assistant left the firm this month he said I sent him the email in error. I called and he told me to text my email address to him. And still have not heard back from him and we paid for his firm to represent my son for the Social Security benefits and appeals. Now after payment he acts like he doesn't know who it is. I find this behavior UNETHICAL and I have no problem filing a complaint with the Bar Association. I can't believe that he treats Veterans like this, its a Shame. All that Veterans sacrifice for their freedom and ours this is how you treat Veterans. You and your firm should be Ashamed of yourselves.
