One never thinks they need to know a lawyer...until they do. Fortunately for us, we met David Lail of Yarborough Applegate and despite the terrible fear we felt following my son's motorcycle accident - Mr. Lail and his Cracker Jack team navigated the process of medical coverage and uninsured laws, for my son and pursued every remedy from the driver who struck my son. It was not a quick process, but one that we could not have resolved on our own as the offending driver had neither insurance nor a valid drivers license. I was especially impressed because my son only had $25,000 uninsured motorist coverage and his medical bills were well over that amount, so the fact that Mr. Lail even took our case was a risk for him, but he managed to get my sons bills paid, and got him a settlement for his time and injuries, lost wages and a small property settlement (which was a bonus as they said they dont do property!). Hopefully we wont need his services again, but I would heartily recommend him to any one in need!!!
