Yergey and Yergey, P.A. is an exceptional law firm. Jaclyn Blumenfeld helped me with my divorce. After having hired another law firm where no progress was made and communication was non existent, Jaclyn came to the rescue. She was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. Her upbeat personality and great communication reassured me that I was in good hands. Upon having my first meeting with Jaclyn, I was greeted by the receptionist, Vanessa, who is a delight and made me feel very welcomed. The two paralegals working on my case, Sarah and Kristina, also did an amazing job. They kept me up to date with everything. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with this firm. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

D-3 (as he is known by in the court room). very impress with his knowledge of the law and D-3 was able to sway the judge in my favor, and he was able to dismiss the charges. I was very happy that I had him next to me. Court rooms are very intimidating.

First and foremost I like to say if I could give this more than five stars I would. This company treated me and my sick wife and family as if we were their family. Let's start with Sue I don't know her professional position but she comes off as a kind non condescending gatekeeper of wisdom and knowledge, I could send her 14 emails in a day and call her 3 times, get the same answer, and on the 4th time she was still be as professional and as kind as the first time. She has the sweetest voice on the phone it's not monotone it doesn't seem like she's irritated with you and I feel like she's all around great person. She gives you the facts up front she doesn't BS you and if she can deliver something or achieve the next step in our goals more efficiently she will take that route. For the last 10 months that I've been associated with her and I want to say the last year total that my wife has been associated with her and this firm she has always been as efficient as possible and never put things off for the next day. Now Mr. Yergey III probably has a million other clients other than myself and my wife but he took a personal approach knowing that within this time frame that we've been working with him and his firm my wife had a stroke and so he went from working with my wife to working with me and all of my personal issues. Me being super emotional at times because money is tight when you're trying to take care of a disabled wife. He took the time out to ask how she's doing which is strange for attorneys. It felt like that extra step of effort of kindness wasn't forced. And he is just as nice, professional and efficient as Sue. He took a let's get this done today approach to everything getting me the papers and legal documents that were necessary to proceed as quickly as possible and had them processed and sign as quickly as possible. I recommend this firm to any and everyone that can utilize his services.

David Yergey lll is by far the best attorney. His work ethic, integrity and loyalty to his clients is superb. He is detailed and proactive, making difficult situations possible as he walks you through the process with patience.
