Out of my 4 trips to YB this week, I had nothing but the best customer service and experience. They answered my numerous questions and assisted me through each process. Thank you to the two ladies who helped me from Cashier and Reservations department. And a BIG SHOUT OUT MAHALO to Molokai and Aly from the mixed cargo and auto inspection. These two were super kind and helpful with all that I had to ship off island this week. Thanks again for your assistance.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Avoid shipping your car here at all costs. They will give you wrong information, make you wait forever, wasting your time and money. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. One worker literally yelled at a customer in the office. Another worker totally ignored me when I told them they made a mistake. POOR ATTITUDES and VERY SLOW. They only way to fix their problems is to fire the current staff and hire and retrain new ones. Many, many people walked out of their office today offended and disgusted. One customer said, 'Our company just spent $16k here last month and they have the nerve to scream at me.' YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Always great service. Have shipped my car back and forth from big island to Honolulu. Also shipped cargo. Sometimes you have to wait , but the workers do their best
Only inter island shipping company. So it does not really matter what I say cause it's your only option. What I can say is some of there employees are customer service oriented and some are not. Those that are not I think are very aware that they are the only game in town. The employees that assisted us in our last shipment were great. They really helped us to make shipping a car from oahu to Maui a fairly easy thing to do. Some just need to learn how to smile and be a little friendlier to customers as we are the ones paying there salaries.
Slow service, trying to shipping my car from Oahu to the big island, in order to do it, got to wait over a month.
